TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Ticket Purchase & Entry

• All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable, except where refunds are expressly required by applicable law. However, refunds may be available if you add the Purchase Protection option offered on the ticketing platform.
• Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets will not be replaced.
• Re-entry to the Event is not permitted.
• Entry requires a valid government-issued ID when requested.

2. Code of Conduct

Attendees must behave respectfully and follow all staff instructions. Prohibited behavior includes:

• Violence, harassment, or discrimination
• Interfering with event staff or operations
• Trespassing into restricted areas
• Unsafe actions (e.g., rushing barriers, climbing structures)
• Photography, autograph requests, handshakes, high-fives, or any attempt to approach performers without staff instruction.

Violators may be removed without refund.

3. Safety & Security

• All attendees are subject to search, bag checks, and metal detection.
• Prohibited items (weapons, drugs, fireworks, drones, glass containers, etc.) will be confiscated.
• The Event may deny entry to anyone refusing security screening.

4. Event Changes & Cancellations

The Event reserves the right to:

• Modify or adjust schedules, performers, programming, or venue layout; and/or
• Suspend, postpone, or cancel the Event due to severe weather, emergencies, or any circumstances beyond the Event’s reasonable control.

All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable, except where refunds are expressly required by applicable law.
In the event the Event is postponed due to weather or other qualifying conditions, all tickets will be automatically honored and transferred to the rescheduled date. No further action from the ticket holder is required.
If the Event is cancelled, refund procedures will be administered in accordance with applicable laws and the Event’s guidelines.

5. Health & Medical Consent

y attending, you acknowledge:

• Music, skateboarding competitions, crowds, and lighting may involve inherent risks.
• You assume responsibility for any injuries or health issues that arise.
• Medical personnel may provide assistance, and you consent to such care.

6. Photography, Video & Media Use

By entering the Event, you acknowledge that photography, audio recording, and video recording may occur, and you grant KASSO FEST the right to:

• Photograph, record, and film you, and capture your likeness, voice, and actions.
• Use, publish, exhibit, broadcast, stream, or reproduce such materials for news, promotional purposes, advertising, telecasts, webcasts, websites, social media, and any other media or purpose, worldwide, in any format, in perpetuity, royalty-free.
• Use images, photos, and videos for future KASSO or KASSO-related event promotion.

By participating, you release KASSO FEST, its officers, employees, affiliates, and representatives from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, publication, or use of interviews, photographs, video, or audio recordings. You waive any right to compensation, royalties, or to inspect or approve any such materials, regardless of how or where they are used or whether an admission fee or sponsorship is involved.
Professional photography or recording requires a written permit.

Alcohol Policy

• Must be 21+ with valid ID to consume alcohol.
• Serving alcohol to minors is prohibited.
• Intoxicated guests may be removed.

Liability Release

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that KASSO FEST, its producers, partners, and venue owners are not liable for:

• Personal injury
• Loss or theft of property
• Delays or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control

You attend at your own risk.

9. Minors

• Guests under 17 must be accompanied by an adult 21+.
• Parents/guardians accept responsibility for minors’ behavior and safety.
• Content Advisory: While the event is open to all ages, some performances may include mature language or themes.

10. Forbidden Conduct

• Unauthorized vending or distribution
• Use of drones
• Illegal substances
• Unauthorized commercial activity
• Entering athlete areas or skate courses
• Any action that jeopardizes safety

11. Intellectual Property

All Event branding, artwork, videos, and materials are protected by copyright.
Unauthorized commercial use—such as merchandise or media distribution—is strictly prohibited.

12. Accessibility

he Event will provide reasonable ADA accommodations. Please contact us in advance with specific needs.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
