What is the difference between the 21st and the 22nd?
The KASSO stage will be the same, but the participating skaters and musical performers will be different.
What is included in the VIP package?
VIP Includes:

Until when can I purchase Early Bird tickets?
We’re not giving a specific date. Early Bird tickets are limited, so it’s first come, first served.
How do you define a Student ticket holder?
A Student is someone currently enrolled in school, purchasing with a .edu email, and must show a valid student ID at entry.
What is the minimum age to purchase a ticket?
Children 5 and under may enter for free with a ticket-holding adult.
Guests 17 and under must be accompanied by someone 21 or older. All attendees 6+ must have their own ticket.
What is your Re-Entry Policy?
Re-entry is not allowed once you exit the venue.
Can I get a refund for my ticket?
Tickets are generally non-refundable once purchased; however, refunds may be available if you add the Purchase Protection option on the ticketing site.

VENUE SERVICES & AMENITIES
Will there be water available at the venue?
Yes. Free water refill stations will be available throughout the venue.
Will there be food available?
Food will be available for purchase.
RULES & RESTRICTIONS
Are there any bag or item restrictions?
Yes. Clear bags only, with no size limitations.
Are skateboards allowed inside the venue?
Skateboards are not allowed for general attendees. Only registered competitors may bring them.
Can I smoke at the venue?
Yes, but only in designated smoking areas per the fire department’s recommendation.
Can I bring my pet to the event?
Pets are not allowed. Only certified service animals are permitted.
Are strollers and chairs allowed?
Strollers and chairs will not be allowed on festival grounds.

If it rains, the event will be postponed to the following week. Tickets are non-refundable and will automatically transfer.
The event may be paused temporarily in unsafe weather conditions.
