ENTRY & SECURITY

• All guests are subject to security screening upon entry.
• Metal detectors and bag checks will be in place.
• Re-entry is not permitted.
• Please arrive early to allow time for screening.

Bag Policy

• Clear bags only, and no limitations in size.
• Hydration packs allowed (must be empty upon entry).

PROHIBITED ITEMS

To keep everyone safe, the following items are not allowed

• Weapons, sharp objects, fireworks, explosives
• Illegal substances
• Glass containers
• Large umbrellas, tents, or structures
• Drones
• Professional cameras/recording equipment (unless authorized)
• Unauthorized merchandise, flyers, giveaways
• Skateboards, scooters, bikes (athlete equipment is separately managed)
• Strollers and chairs

ALLOWED ITEMS

• Empty water bottles & hydration packs
• Small blankets
• Sunscreen (lotion only; sprays may be prohibited)
• Portable chargers

ALCOHOL POLICY

• Guests 21+ will receive an age-verified wristband with a valid government-issued ID.
• Alcohol may only be consumed in designated areas.
• Serving minors is strictly prohibited.

FOOD & BEVERAGE

• Multiple food vendors available.
• Free water refill stations provided.
• Vegan, vegetarian, kids-friendly options available.

SMOKING

• Smoking and vaping are permitted only in designated smoking areas.

HEALTH & SAFETY

• Medical tents staffed with EMTs are located throughout the venue.
• Stay hydrated and take breaks in shaded areas.
• If you see someone needing help, alert staff immediately.

WEATHER

KASSO FEST is an outdoor event and filming.
In the event of severe weather (lightning, high winds), we may temporarily pause or adjust programming.
If it rains, the event will be postponed to the following week. Tickets are non-refundable and will automatically transfer to the new date. In the case of severe or unsafe weather conditions, the event may be temporarily paused for safety.

TRANSPORTATION

• Rideshare drop-off/pickup zones are available.
• Limited premium parking will be sold separately.
• Expect traffic—consider carpooling or public transportation.

ACCESSIBILITY

• ADA viewing areas and restrooms will be available.
• Please contact us in advance for specific needs.

CHILDREN

• Children 5 and under: free with a paying ticket-holding adult (limit 1 per adult).
• Minors under 17 must be accompanied by a guardian 21+.

• Please bring your full energy and cheer on every performer!
• Harassment, discrimination, and unsafe behavior will not be tolerated.
• Please follow the instructions of event staff and attendants at all times, including during emergencies.
• Violators may be removed without refund.

Refund Policy

All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable, except where refunds are expressly required by applicable law. However, refunds may be available if you add the Purchase Protection option offered on the ticketing platform.
